You can attach an existing document either when answering a question in a request or when you update your saved information on your dashboard.

How to attach an existing document

When you attach a document, you can either upload a new document or select any document already uploaded to your organisation's account.

  • Select the attach existing drop down from the document upload window. 
  • Select the document from the list.


1. Navigate to the question


2. Click the Attach a previously uploaded document dropdown. 


3. Click the name of the document you would like to attach

In this case Businessplantemplate.pdf was attached to the question successfully. 


Pro-tip:  If you would like to view, download, or remove a document you can do so by hovering over the document icon and selecting one of the available actions.
