There are two situations where you will input information on Accreditron, these are:

  • when updating Saved Information on the Dashboard, and
  • when filling out information in a requests.



Saved Information

When you first log into Accreditron you will be taken to your dashboard. Your dashboard is where all of your organisations saved information lives. 

  • Your dashboard is filled with all of the questions you have ever been asked
  • Saved information is what will auto-populate a new request
  • Information on your dashboard is only visible to members of your organisation
  • When you fill out a new request, your updated information will automatically be saved to your dashboard


Requests

When you receive a request for information you will answer the questions, verify each section and then submit it.

  • Any information that has been saved to your dashboard will be automatically filled in
  • When you answer a new question that you haven't answered before, both the question and the answer will be saved to your dashboard,
  • When you update an answer in a request, your new answer will be saved to your dashboard
  • Until you submit your request, your answers are only visible to members of your organisation
  • Once you submit your request, the other organisation will only be able to see the answers for the questions that were asked in a request.


Who can see my information?

Accreditron works on a request based system. This means no one can see your information until they send you a request AND you submit the request. This means that you are in full control of who can see your information.

  • Information on your dashboard is only visible to members of your organisation
  • Whilst you are filling out a request
    • Your information is only visible to members of your organisation
    • The organisation who sent the request can see the questions but no answers
  • Once you submit your request
    • The organisation that sent the request can see your answers
    • They can only see the answers to the questions they asked in the request
    • They can not see any of your other saved information
    • If you update your saved information after you submit your request the other organisation will not see the updated information
    • If they want to see updated answers, they will need to send you a new request
