Whilst you are editing, updating and filling out new information it your information is only visible to members of your team. The organisation that sent you the request for information will not be able to see any of your information until you press submit.

How to submit a request

Submitting a request is one of the most important steps in responding to a request. If you skip this step the other organisation will not be able to see your information.

  • Answer each question in the section.
  • Click the verification checkbox to verify that the section is complete.
  • Verify each section
  • click Submit.


1. Navigate to the request you want to submit
Select Requests from the navigation menu.


Click on the Request you would like to submit.


3. Verify each Section

You must verify each section before you submit. To verify a section, first navigate to it by clicking on its title in the list on the left.


Make sure that all your answers are correct. 

Note: You can leave a question blank if you don't want to answer it, or if it is not applicable to your organisation.


Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the verification check box, to verify the section is complete.


4. Go to the summary and submit page.

Once you have verified each section, click on 'Summary and Submit' from bottom of the list on the left.


5. Submit your request.

Check that all the information is correct then press the green button to submit your information.
