What will I get email notifications for?
We send you email notifications when something important happens. Here's an overview:
- When you are added to or removed from an organisation
- When your role within your organisation has been updated
- When a request has been sent to your organisation
- When an organisation's information request has been responded to
- When a report has been shared with your organisation
You have been added to an organisation
You are now a part of that organisation on Accreditron. You can log into the app and view saved information, send requests, share reports and more. Only you will receive this email.
You have been removed from an organisation
You are no longer part of that organisation. You will not be able to view any of that organisation's information. Only you will receive this email.
You have been made an admin
As an admin, you are now able to add or remove team members plus add or remove admin rights. Only you will receive this email.
You have been removed as an admin
You are no longer able to update team roles or add and remove team members. You can still view all your organisation's information, send requests, share reports and more. Only you will receive this email.
Your organisation has been sent a request
Another organisation has sent your organisation a request for information. You can now log into the app and begin filling out the request. Everyone in your team will receive this email.
Your organisation has sent a request
If you are an admin of your organisation you will receive an email when any member of your team sends an information request to another organisation. This means you can keep track of what's going on in your team. Only admins will receive this email.
Your organisation has received a response to an information request
Another organisation has submitted a response to your organisation's request for information. You can now log into the app and view their response. Everyone in your team will receive this email.
A report has been shared with your organisation
Another organisation has shared a report with your organisation. You can now log into the app and view the report. Everyone in your team will receive this email.
